We throw away about 20 million free headsets each year--bring your own headset and help us reduce this unnecessary waste! To help support this initiative, we will no longer be offering complimentary headsets at the airport. A limited number of complimentary disposable headsets will continue to be available onboard. Packages are capacity controlled and may not be available on all days or on all flights and may be restricted to certain hotel room categories. Advertised prices may vary during holiday or peak periods. Blackout dates may apply. Advertised package prices include hotel taxes but do not include taxes applicable to roundtrip airfare including, (a) Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18.00, (b) September 11th Security Fees of up to $2.50 per enplanement originating at a domestic U.S. airport, (c) Federal Segment Tax of $3.50 per domestic segment (a segment is a takeoff and landing) and, in the case of international travel, (4) international government fees and taxes of up to $127.40. All taxes and fees must be paid at the time of purchase. JetBlue does not guarantee that changes can be made on all or parts of packages. Cancellations/changes, where permissible, must be made by calling 1-800-JETBLUE at least 7 days prior to scheduled departure and are subject to a fee of $50 per person plus any increase in the package price. Cancellations are for Getaways credit only valid for 1 year and may not be used with air-only travel or toward the purchase of a gift certificate or JetBlue Cruise. If a reservation is not changed/canceled prior to departure, all money associated with the package is forfeited.
